Son of the founder of Melfred Borzall, Fred Melsheimer. Has worked for the company since 1962. You are more likely to find him in the field testing new tools and talking with the crews than you are sitting behind a desk. Based in Santa Maria, CA.
Larry Coots, Vice President
Oversees all operations at the Santa Fe Springs, CA facility. Has been with MBI since 1978.
Eric Melsheimer, Chief Engineer
Chief design engineer and oversees the manufacturing at the Santa Maria , CA facility. Has been with MBI since 1991. Grandson of founder Fred Melsheimer.
Peter Melsheimer, Marketing Director
In charge of marketing and advertising. Has been with MBI since 1989. Grandson of founder Fred Melsheimer. Based in Santa Maria, CA.
Jose Mierzejewski, Design Engineer
Works alongside Eric to design and field test new HDD tooling. Has been with MBI since 1997. Based in Santa Maria, CA.
Mike Zaikowsky, Inside Sales
On the phones ready to help solve your directional drilling problems. Joined the company with the opening of the new Santa Maria facility in 1999.
Ralph Ujano, Inside Sales

Jody Venema, Inside Sales
On the phones ready to help solve your directional drilling problems. Joined the company in 2006.
Alan Bonn, Outside Sales and Mud Specialist
Is in the field working with contractors. Also travels the country training the distributor sales people. The one to call with any drill fluid questions. Joined the company in 2004.
Diane Farnsworth, Chief Graphic Designer
In charge of all aspects of graphic design from catalog production to trade show display designs to studio photography. Has been with the company since 2000. Based in Santa Maria, CA.
Rose Mary Renteria, Administrative Assistant,Santa Fe Springs
Assists Larry in keeping the Santa Fe Springs facility running smoothly. Has been with MBI since 1992.
Sandi Matthews, Administrative Assistant, Santa Maria
Oversees the accounts receivables department and assists in event coordination. Joined the company with the 1999 opening of the new facility in Santa Maria.
Brenda Claborn, Receptionist and Accounts Payable Manager
Answers phones, does the customer invoicing, pays the bills. Has been with the company since 2005. Based in Santa Maria, CA.
Jon Lindgren, Machine Shop Superintendent
Oversees manufacturing production at the Santa Maria facility. He started at the Santa Fe Springs facility in 1988 and moved with the company to Santa Maria in 2000.
